If you are like most Americans you know that regular physical activity is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You would like to be fit and have probably tried the traditional gym routine, at-home workout DVDs, and maybe even some of those late-night gimmicks! You kept at it for a few weeks or even months, but over time, you found yourself completing fewer workouts, and, as life got in the way, you lost interest all together.  Now, you are right back where you started, thinking that your fitness goals are impossible to achieve, a dream that will never come true. WELL, you are wrong!

At Zumba® Fitness with Jackie our Zumba® Fitness classes can be enjoyed by everyone! Our students are girls and guys from ages 8 to 80+ who are just like you! We follow the Zumba® formula and incorporate simple, repetitive dance steps with high-energy music in a fun, judgement free atmosphere that makes getting fit fast & easy! You don’t need to be an experienced dancer, or be even slightly athletic, just show up with a willing spirit, fun attitude and let loose!

Jackie is an Officially Licensed Zumba® Fitness and Zumba ® Gold Instructor, an  AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, a Certified Madd Dog Spinning® Instructor and has been teaching since 2010. Jackie is also Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Certified.

    I am a mother of 5 and grandmother of 3 ‘.i want to work on my stomach only…will zumba classes help me get rid of all the fat????

      Zumba is a cardiovascular workout that will tone every part of your body. If you workout with Zumba two to three times a week and combine it with a healthy diet you will see changes in your body. It takes time, but with a workout as fun as Zumba, your first step is easy!
